The Smallest Member Of Our Pack

A lot have people have known they have always wanted to have children. I myself have never had these thoughts, but I have always know that I wanted to have many dogs. Like seriously, so many. Ever since I was small I’ve always stopped to pet a dog on the street, frequented animal shelters, and even visited the University therapy dogs as often as possible while in college. If you’ve made it this far or ever glanced at my website, you’ve probably gathered my love for dogs. Choosing to extend my photography business into dog photography was really a no-brainer for me. I’m able to combine both of the things I love the most into my career and I get to pet all the dogs, YAY! In addition to that I can also see some of my past clients like Alyssa, and capture the next milestone in their lives. I love getting to reconnect with past clients!

When Alyssa reached out to me to take photos of her brand new puppy, Duncan, of course I said yes! He is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and quite frankly, the cutest little nugget I’ve ever seen. He’s little now but his personality is BIG. Alyssa is holding him in most of the photos because his curious little body needed to see and smell everything! At one point in our session I took him and ran him around a tree a few times to wear him out. He made it one and a half laps before deciding to take a little nap and after that we were able to get these beautiful photos of him. I believe you should have photos taken of your children at all stages of their lives, fur-children included! I’m so grateful to have captured these images for Alyssa and her family to cherish for years to come.
